Use flat tip screwdriver. Loosen
two jackscrews securing switch
flex connector to RT chassis.
Disconnect switch flex connector
from RT chassis.
Use flat tip screwdriver. Loosen
two jackscrews securing display
flex connector to RT chassis.
Disconnect display flex connector
from RT chassis.
Use flat tip screwdriver. Fully
loosen 13 captive screws secur-
ing front panel assembly to RT
chassis.
Pull 1/2 inch straight forward.
Use flat tip screwdriver. Loosen
two jackscrews securing audio
flex connector to RT chassis.
Disconnect audio flex connector
from RT chassis.
Carefully move switch flex around
obstructions of RT chassis.
Carefully move audio flex around
obstructions of RT chassis.
Remove front panel assembly
from RT chassis.
CAUTION
Loosen jackscrews by alternately
turning each no more than 1-1/2
turns.
See figures 2-17 and 2-18 for
components of front panel
assembly.

turning each no more than 1-1/2
turns.
Loosen jackscrews by alternately
turning each no more than 1-1/2
turns.
to catch RF cable W1 on RT chassis obstructions.
Set 3/4 inch in front of RT chas-
sis. Guide RF cable W1 into RT
chassis.
CAUTION
During the next three steps, move front panel assembly towards RT
chassis assembly as necessary. Be careful not to damage flexes.
