Use cross tip screwdriver.
Remove and retain two screws
and flat washers securing audio
flex to HUB cavity.
Use soldering kit. Desolder two
flex connections from rear of HUB
cavity.
Use 1/2-inch socket and socket
wrench. Remove hex nut and
Iockwasher securing VOL control
to front panel.
Use 3/8-inch socket and socket
wrench. Remove hex nut and
Iockwasher securing COMSEC
switch to front panel.
Use 3/4-inch spanner socket and
socket wrench. Remove spanner
nut and Iockwasher securing
AUD/FILL connector to front
panel.
Use 3/4-inch spanner socket and
socket wrench. Remove spanner
nut and Iockwasher securing
AUD/DATA connector to front
panel.
Remove audio flex from front
panel assembly.
Position audio flex on front panel.
Insert connectors and controls
through holes in front panel.
Use torque wrench and 1/2-inch
socket. Install Iockwasher and hex
nut. Torque nut to 19 to 21 in-lb.
Use torque wrench and 3/8-inch
socket. Install Iockwasher and hex
nut. Torque nut to 11 to 13 in-lb.
Use torque wrench and 3/4-inch
spanner socket. Install spanner
nut and Iockwasher. Torque nut
to 87 to 93 in-lb.
