Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and
tighten retained screw, flat washer,
and two terminal lugs securing the
wiring harness to E3 on the chassis.
Use soldering kit. Solder tagged wires to
correct terminal posts on the A2 diode
CCA (11), and remove wire tags.
Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and
tighten four retained screws, flat washers,
and replacement Iockwashers securing the
retained A2 diode CCA on the chassis.
Solder tagged wires to bottom of TB1
terminal board (8). Remove wire tags.
Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and
tighten four retained screws, flat wash-
ers, and replacement Iockwashers secur-
ing the retained TB1 terminal board (8)
on the chassis.
Use flat tip screwdriver. Install and tighten
six retained screws securing tagged wires
to terminals on the terminal board. Re-
move wire tags.
Use soldering kit and needle nose pliers.
Install and solder tagged wires on correct
terminals of the relay, and remove wire
tags.
Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and
tighten two retained screws, flat washers,
and replacement Iockwashers securing
the retained K1 relay (6) on the chassis.
Use soldering kit. Solder tagged wires to
correct terminal posts on the two-wire
transient protection CCA, and remove
wire tags.
Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and
tighten four retained screws, flat washers,
and replacement Iockwashers securing
the retained two-wire transient protection
CCA on the chassis.
Before and after soldering,
clean wires and terminal
posts with alcohol and
cotton swabs.
Before and after soldering,
clean wires and solder
joints with alcohol and cot-
ton swabs.
Position terminal board TB1
with terminals for wires
closest to connector P1.
Before and after soldering,
clean wires and terminals
with alcohol and cotton
swabs.
Position K1 relay with pins
for wires closest to CB1
circuit breaker.
Before and after soldering,
clean wires and terminal
posts with alcohol and
cotton swabs.
