b. Left bow handle
Use cross tip screwdriver. Remove and
retain four screws securing left bow han-
dle to RCU. Remove and retain left bow
handle.
c. Right guard
Use cross tip screwdriver. Remove and
retain four screws securing guard to RCU.
Remove and retain guard.
d. Front panel assembly
Use flat tip screwdriver. Fully loosen 13
captive screws securing front panel
assembly to RCU chassis.
e. Front panel assembly
Pull approximately 1/2 inch straight out
of chassis.
f. Switch flex
Use flat tip screwdriver. Loosen two jack-
screws securing switch flex connector to
RCU chassis. Disconnect switch flex con-
nector from RCU chassis.
g. Display flex
h. Audio flex
Use flat tip screwdriver. Loosen two jack-
screws securing display flex connector to
RCU chassis. Disconnect display flex con-
nector from RCU chassis.
Use flat tip screwdriver. Loosen two jack-
screws securing audio flex cable to RCU
chassis. Disconnect audio flex connector
from RCU chassis.
i. Switch flex
Carefully move switch flex around
obstructions of RCU chassis.

Audio flex
Carefully move audio flex around
obstructions of RCU chassis.
k. Front panel assembly
Remove front panel assembly from RCU
chassis.
Loosen jackscrews by
alternately turning each no
more than 1-1/2 turns.
See figures 12-15 and
12-16 for components of
front panel assembly.
Loosen jackscrews by
alternately turning each no
more than 1-1/2 turns.
Loosen jackscrews by
alternately turning each no
more than 1-1/2 turns.
Loosen left side first to
clear inner frame.
INSTALLATION
l. Front panel assembly
Set 3/4 inch in front of RCU chassis.
